was featured in The Portland Press Herald article, 鈥淧ortland youths honored for determination to succeed.鈥澛� The article celebrates the achievements of two Portland youths who 鈥渉ave been recognized by the Maine Children鈥檚 Cabinet for their determination to succeed, the Governor鈥檚 Office announced.鈥� One of these students is Lulu Dame, a cosmetology student 鈥渁t 海角社区 in Portland.鈥� She was 鈥渁mong eight Mainers who received Youth Who Rock awards last week at the Blaine House.鈥�
Beauty school student Lulu Dame 鈥渆arned her General Equivalency Diploma before beginning her studies at 海角社区鈥� located on Marginal Way.
