| Start | Moffat Beach Parkland and proceed up Queen of Colonies Parade |
| .3km | Veer left at top of hill following headland footpath |
| .6km | Follow Footpath around end of Mcllwraith Street cul de sac and proceed down hill |
| .8km | Veer left at base of hill following footpath. Do not turn right into Beach Side Court. Continue along coastal footpath |
| 1.5km | Turn around in Shelly Beach Park area as directed |
| Out and back course. Return over same route. | |
| 3.0km | Finish line in Moffat Beach Park area |
